Jordan Chameleon Cabernet Sauvignon – Merlot
A red blend of 54% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot and 6% Shiraz.
Often coined the “Baby Cobblers Hill” for its reminiscence to the estate’s flagship red blend. Plush textured Merlot fills the framework provided by the Cabernet, leading to approachable flavours of sun-ripened plum & dark-skinned spring berries with a top-note of herbal dried mint.
Total Acid: 5.7g/l
Residual Sugar: 2.8g/l
Sun-ripened plum and dark skinned spring berries with a top-note of herbal dried mint. Perfect with Italian food, pizza, pasta or enjoy on its own.

Cape Town Insiders’ Review Of The Wine
The Chameleon range from Jordan is their entry level offering but it retains the class and distinction that Jordan lends to all the wine that it produces. This blend is made up of 54% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot and 6% Shiraz. The most noticeable flavours that come through are of plum and red berries and I’d go with their recommendation to pair the wine with pizza or pasta for the perfect casual evening with friends.
