Jordan Chameleon Rosé
A dry classic French “blanc de noir” style made from a free-run juice blend of shiraz and merlot.
Harvested earlier to retain fresher acids and treated very reductively in the cellar, this helps to capture the primary fruit flavours of strawberry coulis & dried cranberries with delicate spiciness. Excellent with flash-fried prawns and red chili vinaigrette.
Total Acid: 5.7g/l
Residual Sugar: 1.5g/l
The primary flavours of strawberry coulis and dried cranberries with a delicate spiciness and it’s brilliant cherry pink hue.
A dry classic French “blanc de noir” style made from a free-run juice blend of shiraz and merlot with 65% Merlot and 35% Syrah.

Cape Town Insiders’ Review Of The Wine
This has long been one of our favourite Rosé’s. Stellenbosch has a long heritage of producing top quality Rosé’s and Jordan’s Chameleon is really one of the front runners. I’d love to say that I managed to save this bottle for spring, but since winter has been throwing us beautiful warm days, I’m afraid to say that it’s already been enjoyed!
