Seven Springs Vineyards
Sauvignon Blanc 2014
You’ll get aromas of apple, pineapple, peardrops and fynbos mixed in a wonderful balanced way. The palate has a soft acidity, so little more relaxed than younger Sauvignon blancs, because we tank and bottle age it.
To enjoy this wine at its best, chill between 8-10 degrees. This elegant wine can be savoured on its own, with friends or with a variety of savoury foods including chicken, seafood or light pasta dishes.
Total Acidity: 6.4 g/l
Residual Sugar: 1.8 g/l
Aging potential: 4-5 years
Anyone who enjoys a light refreshing wine, it has a delicate lasting finish.
The wine is relaxed and approachable, but with a lingering freshness and minerality that is our trademark style.

Cape Town Insiders’ Review Of The Wine
This wine is easy-drinking, approachable with a little bit of extra fun! We loved the freshness and minerality that comes through and the way that it pairs beautifully with fish and pasta. This, along with 7Springs unoaked Chardonnay, is a firm favourite for lazy summer afternoons with friends.
