Unusual white varietal.Broaden your horizons ! Delicious fruit with good acidity. Perfect summer time wine to tackle so much more than fish or chicken – try it with a lamb korma!

Unctuous, citris notes, clear greeny hue. Elegant and long lasting.

There is so much more to life than Sauvignon Blanc. A sophistocated take on this varietal.

Alcohol Vol 13 %
Residual sugar 1.8 g/l
Total acid 5.4g/l
pH 3.29

The vineyards are all trellised using a Perold five wire system. The vineyards were established in 2009 and bore their first fruit in 2012.

Fruit was harvested in the early morning and immediately pressed. Only free run juice was settled over 48 hours, after which the wine was racked. A portion was barrel fermented.

Production: 9000 bottles
